How do I register for sessions?

Parents can register and purchase a package at www.brightkidsportal.com/registration or speak to one of our Account Managers to  set up a pay-as-you-go account.

How do I schedule sessions?

After you register for sessions (see above), one of our Bright Kids Account Managers will reach out to assist in scheduling all sessions within 24-48 hours. If you have not been contacted within that time frame, please contact our office.

What are the qualifications of the tutors?

All of our tutors are cherry-picked, many of whom currently teach or have taught in the public and private school systems. Most of our tutors have Masters in Education.

Can I request my tutor's background?

Our Account Managers would be happy to provide you with information about our tutors' backgrounds! All you have to do is ask.

How will I be updated on my child's progress?

Parents will be allotted 5-7 minutes following each session to speak directly with our tutors. Additionally, parents can view previous session reports online at www.brightkidsportal.com. All reports will be uploaded to the Bright Kids portal 3-5 business days following each session.

When will I see the results of my child's diagnostic/assessment/mock test?

Reports from any session will be uploaded within 3-5 business days from the date of the session.
