Our FAQs page aims to address common questions and concerns regarding our services, providing clear and concise answers to help you make informed decisions. If you have additional questions not covered in our FAQs, our dedicated support team is readily available to assist you.

  • How do I register for sessions?
    Parents can register for desired packages at our registration web site:
  • How do I schedule sessions?
    24-48 hours after you complete your registration and payment, one of our Bright Kids Account Managers will reach out to assist in scheduling all sessions. If you have not been contacted within that time frame, please contact our office.
  • What are the qualifications of the tutors?
    All of our tutors are cherry-picked, many of whom currently teach or have taught in the public and private school systems. Most of our tutors have Masters in Education!
  • Can I request my tutor's background?
    Our Account Managers would be happy to provide you with information about our tutors' backgrounds! All you have to do is ask.
  • How many sessions should I sign my child up for?
    We typically recommend a minimum of 8-10 sessions per program. However, different children benefit from different numbers of sessions, depending on a variety of factors (age, developmental stages, socio-emotional development, etc.). We recommend signing up for an Initial Diagnostic first, which will give you a better idea about your child's starting points on the content and how many sessions would be beneficial!
  • When will I see the results of my child's diagnostic/assessment/mock test?
    Reports from any session will be uploaded within 3-5 business days from the date of the session.
  • How will I be updated on my child's progress?
    Parents will be allotted 5-7 minutes after each session to speak directly with our tutors. Additionally, parents can view previous session reports online at All reports will be uploaded to the Bright Kids Portal 3-5 business days following each session.
